    Micro Wedding is any ceremony and/or reception with 50 or less total guests. Couples often combine an elopement and a reception to create their Micro Wedding, but you have the option to do both with a smaller party. Some married couples even choose to do a Micro Wedding for their anniversary or vow renewal.   • Intimate Wedding Ideas
    Hire musicians - they'll be plenty loud enough and they have more of an intimate setting Skip the dinner - Serve Charcuterie Boards and hors d'oeuvres Save on alcohol - Create one or 2 custom drinks. Or serve you and your partners favorite drink. Create a custom name for these drinks, one that fits you both perfectly. But don't forget the Coffee and Water. Limit flowers - Stick with single arrangement bridal bouquets, less is more in small party gatherings. Minimize Decor - Plan to have at least twinkle lights {we provide}, tulle and candles if outside, battery operated indoors. With just these 3 items it makes any space feel cozier. Cake idea - Single layer - Assume everyone will have at least one maybe 2 slices, serve a 10" cake for guests up to 35 and 12" cake for up to 50 guests. Supplement cake idea - Keep the cake for you, your partner and bridal party {6" cake serves 10 people} and serve matching cupcakes for your guests or serve nontraditional wedding deserts. Example: assortment of pies, apple, cherry or pumpkin especially if it's an Autumn wedding. We've teamed up with a musician, Alex Haines, For an extra $200 he'll keep your guests entertained for 3hrs.

  • Setup/Tear Down
    SETUP: A 4hr complimentary time slot during the week of your wedding can be coordinated with Nikki or Scott Please contact either of us to schedule a day/ time one month prior to your wedding day. TEAR DOWN: If another wedding is booked for the next day, the Barn must be clear of all personal belonging by 11pm the night of your wedding. If the venue is not booked the following day you may return the day after your wedding to clear out the barn. Scott & Nikki will be available to help with the cleaning and gathering of your decor.
